I have been awarded a 2024 Churchill Fellowship to research how caregivers effectively foster positive self-image, belonging and self-esteem in racially minoritised children in the US and South Africa.

I am currently in South Africa talking to parents, caregivers, youth and families with lived experience of developing resilience against racism in education and the workplace.
